This 3 bedroom 2 bath house boats ample space, with travertine floors throughout, a fireplace and media room with TV’s in all bedrooms, media room and kitchen. The Masterbedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a stepdown shower. Very open and airy.
The space
This home is in the Rio Vista community in Cathedral City. Only one mule up from Escobar Golf Course, one of the most beautiful in Palm Springs and all of Coachella Valley. Also within a mile of great shopping.

Guests have access to the entire premises including a two car garage.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the property only. No interior cameras.
WiFi is strong 400mg provided by Spectrum.
Spectrum TV programming on all TV’s except the kitchen. Apple TV in the kitchen. Spectrum programming is accessible with Samsung Smart TV remotes. No Spectrum remote necessary. Kitchen TV has Apple TV remote.

This space was exactly what I needed! We spent the weekend relaxing next to the pool. The house was very clean and the host was extremely kind and accommodating. I will definitely consider coming back!
