A Real Estate Professional
Who Goes Beyond Expectations
Pamela Tinsley grew up in the San Francisco and moved to Los Angeles in her teens. She discovered she was an entrepreneur at an early age. In fact, the first property she acquired was actually the home her family moved to when she was sixteen. Pamela realized in the early stages of her career that the values placed on property and ownership cemented generation to generation relationships.
This was the beginning of an incredible career in real estate for Pamela. Her proficiency and background in this field has catapulted her into the ranks of “one of the best in the business”.
She started out taking numerous seminars and courses in real estate while obtaining a degree from the University of California. Pamela continues to participate in events related to the industry as a sought after public speaker and to keep current on industry practices and procedures.
Pamela is known throughout California as a strong and savvy businesswoman. Within the last 35 years, she has purchased, rehabbed and sold single family residences, condominiums, and multi-million dollar properties throughout the US and Mexico. Her impressive portfolio boasts sales and ownership of properties in California, Indiana, Florida, Nevada and the country of Mexico.
Pamela attributes her success to her knowledge of people, communities, politics and anything else that effect real estate and economic change. She carefully guides her clients and prospective clients through all the processes needed to secure smooth real estate transactions whether they are buying or selling property. “I believe in tapping into this international economy” comments Pam, “technology has provided an incredible link globally and people are moving more frequently.” This has given Pam an opportunity to work with clients outside of the United States.
Pamela resides in Southern California and keeps busy current in professional, civic and social activities. She is a member of a number of professional organizations which include the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, The California Association of Mortgage Brokers, The National Association of Realtors and Beverly Hills Westside Board of Realtors. Recognizing early on how the banking community’s programs with the Federal Government have impacted the Real Estate sector of the economy, has given her an opportunity to pass this information on to her client. It has also enabled her to strategize and advise them on the most favorable ways of buying and selling property.
Pam subscribes to the theory that hard work equals success.
“if you are passionate about what you do, you will do a good job.”
