Don Morton brings over 25 years of combined experience in the Title and Escrow business to our team. Coming from a business educated background to holding positions as Title Officer, full traditional Escrow Officer along with being a Business Development Marketing Specialist in the Title and Escrow Business.
He looks forward to working with you and is ready to handle any title and escrow needs from service to advise and will help with the usual and unusual issues that come before us in our dayto-day tasks. He will get our transactions closed quickly and efficiently!
Mr Morton manages large geographical areas along with handling large transactions are just part of his many accomplishments. He is a seasoned and experienced senior manager with an extensive set of skills. He is highly proficient with MS Office Professional and a computer expert. He is very skilled in management, time management, teamwork, leadership, and self-motivation.
Mr. Morton has worked for various title and escrow companies in several different management and technical employment positions throughout California and Alaska. He was County Manager in several counties in California and State Escrow Operations Manager in Alaska. He also held technical positions in the Title, Escrow, and Subdivision departments. Within this period, He was Project Manager for a 640-acre residential project to contain 2,700 living units in Anchorage, Alaska.
